THXBeauty is able to keep prices lower than usual retail prices. This is due to the absence of a physical storefront, which also means more savings for you! In addition to that, we source our products globally and in bulk, hence, we are able to offer better prices due to exchange rates and economies of scale. 

You might also be able to find products not widely available locally on our store too due to our global sourcing of products!

Note that our prices are subject to changes at different points in time. Please understand that THXBeauty will not refund the price difference, if the price drops after the point of your payment.

Our Customer Services colleagues will access the eligibility and authorized the returns/refunds accordingly. The item has to be in original condition, unopened and unused.
